His family thinks he&#8217;s &#8220;wasting time on the computer.&#8221; But he knows he&#8217;s telling a story.<\/p>\n<p>The Prism AI Creative Awards 2026 exist for people like him. Final judging is now complete, and all that&#8217;s left is the wait for the winners&#8217; names.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>How it began<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The competition was launched on August 12 at PRAN-RFL Group&#8217;s headquarters in Badda, Dhaka. It is a national contest for creators of AI-powered content, sponsored by PRAN-RFL Group and organised by SpikeStory Limited. The aim was to give young people a platform to build creative and storytelling skills with this technology.<\/p>\n<p>Participants competed in four categories: AI advertising, film, music video and fashion. After preliminary selection, 12 finalists from each category, 48 in total, advanced to the two-day Prism AI Bootcamp. There they trained in AI tools, creative strategy, storytelling and prompt engineering. So it was never just a contest; it was a learning journey too.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Is AI taking creativity away?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Everyone is asking this question today. But if you look at how awards around the world are judging this work, the answer looks different. At Cannes Lions 2026, the judging question has shifted from &#8220;was AI used?&#8221; to &#8220;how integral was AI, and where is the proof?&#8221; Generative AI is evaluated on how well it collaborates with human creative direction, not on novelty. A Tokyo-based AI creative award says something similar: it looks not at accidental output, but at the creator&#8217;s intent and deliberate work behind it.<\/p>\n<p>In other words, the machine can make images, but a human decides which ones are worth showing. Taste, perspective and judgment still belong to us. That is exactly what the Prism finalists have been doing.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Final judging day<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>[Insert jury panel details, judging date and venue here.] Comparing the best work across four very different categories was no easy task.
